Nestled in a cozy little neighborhood of Hawley, Mass. known as Pudding Hollow sits Pen and Plow, an old farm that's getting newer every day. The people, plants, and animals who inhabit it form a cycle that grows stronger through sustainable living.

We continue to concentrate on improving the vegetables we grow and have sought out organic and heirloom varieties that can be saved and preserved. We are also expanding the crops that feed our animals, including our free-range hens.
